The Master of Hotel Management is a postgraduate degree program combining:
rigorous theoretical management core studies including law, policy, property and facilities, operations and logistics, finances and promotion.
a range of elective units including ethics, entrepreneurship, events management, revenue management, and sales and marketing,
a 150-hour internship of skills-training and practice under professional supervision as staff of the boutique Hotel Kurrajong on-site.
two terms of paid externship with employers in Australia and abroad including a workplace analysis research project.
