Entry Requirements
- Minimum Leaving Certificate requirements for entry
onto degree programmes are 2 C3's in higher level
papers and 4 passes at either higher or ordinary level.
- Students must pass Mathematics and English or another
European Language. Foundation level subjects are not
acceptable for entry.
- Students from the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland
require 2 'A' Levels (minimum grade C) and 4 GCSE's
including Mathematics and English or another European
Language.
- U.S. students should have a High School Diploma
together with an SAT score of not less than 1,000.
Mature Students
Mature students are those who have reached the age
of 23 on or before 1 January of the year of application.
They do not need to meet the Leaving Certificate entry
requirements for degree and certificate courses.
International Students
Non-EU students require a minimum TOEFL
score of 500 (paper based examination) or 173 (computer
based examination) for admission to degree courses.
Where necessary, English classes are provided through
the Intensive English Studies department of the College. |
