LRG University of Applied Sciences offers undergraduate and graduate programmes.

Undergraduate Programmes

Students have the possibility to study for a Bachelor of Science which proposes two different pathway depending on the students' area of interest. Student can choose the more generic pathway called:

• Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality Management
  

or the specialisation pathway:

• Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality Management with a concentration in Food, Beverage and Operations Management.
  

The Bachelor of Science is a 4 year programme which is comprised of a preparatory year including one taught semester and one semester in internship, and 3 years of studies including 5 taught semesters and one semester in internship.

Depending on pathway chosen, students will be based on different campuses. Those choosing the generic pathway in Hospitality Management will be on our Glion campus for the preparatory year and then will be based on our Bulle campus for the bachelor programme.

Thoses choosing the specialisation pathway in Food, Beverage and Operations Management will be based on our Bluche campus for the preparatory years as well as the entire duration of the bachelor degree.
