Foundation Programmes

An English language qualification at an appropriate level is essential: IELTS 6.0, TOEFL 550, Cambridge proficiency grade C, or GCSE English language grade C.


Undergraduate Programmes

The minimum IELTS level accepted by Middlesex is 6.0. Other recognised tests include: the Cambridge Proficiency Certificate (C), the Cambridge Certificate in Advanced English (B), TOEFL (550 paper-based test or 213 computer-based test.)


Postgraduate Programmes

Candidates should normally possess a second class honours degree (UK or equivalent). Mature students with sufficient industrial/working experience may also be considered.

All candidates should be computer literate and have a proven ability in written and spoken English. International students whose first spoken language is not English should have either TOEFL 575 or IELTS 6.5 or equivalent.
