You are most welcome to use our free services. You will need the following documents (original) for your UCAS application when you visit our office during office hours. No appointment is necessary unless it is after office hours.

For UCAS Undergraduate: "A" Level / IB / Diploma Graduates:-

• Passport
• All Academic Results from Year 10 Onwards (GCE O Level and Above)
• IELTS result (if available)
• 1 Personal Statement (500 words) (softcopy preferred)
• 1 Reference Letter or School Testimonial

For Post Graduate Students:

• Passport
• Degree Transcripts & Certificate
• Previous qualification transcripts, such as diploma, A level, O level (if any)
• IELTS result (if available)
• 1 Personal Statement (500 words) (softcopy preferred)
• 2 Reference Letters or Testimonials (written by your tutor)

Fees for UCAS
You have to pay the UCAS application fee of £22 for the application This is a standard one-time fee paid online by all international students directly to UCAS for the application to the 5 Universities. You can pay by credit card and if you do not have a credit card, you can also pay the equivalent to us in cash.

The service itself is free. You don’t need to pay for our service other than the UCAS application fee mentioned above, which is paid to UCAS and not to us. No other fees are charged.

Deadline for the UCAS Application?

• Generally, if you apply before 15th Jan 2012, you will get a decision by 31st March 2012, if not earlier
• If you apply from 15th Jan 2012 to June 2012, your application will still be considered and you will still be eligible to secure a place in many UK Universities.

In many cases, we are still be able to process your application even after the above deadline as the Universities associated with us will let us know if there are courses that are “under-subscribed”. However, we encourage you to apply early so that you can get a decision earlier.
