University Transfer Program

Anyone 18 or older or who is a high school graduate may attend Seattle Central Community College. However, special consideration may be given to persons not meeting these conditions. Seattle Central offers a high school completion program for students 19 years of age or older.

Applicants to College Programs must show proof of English Proficiency Proficiency with their application, or plan on attending the Seattle Central Institute of English.

Acceptable proof of English proficiency includes: TOEFL 470 (150 CBT) or higher or IELTS 5
